Allison, RBT - Therapist
I grew up in the Dallas area where I attended Ursuline Academy. This is where my interest in children and service began. My high school service project was in a special needs PPCD classroom. I graduated from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska with a bachelors in elementary education. My passion has always been students with special needs. I was blessed with an opportunity directly out of college doing ABA with the ASD community and I fell in love. I feel that my love for children and helping them to reach their highest potential is what has lead me to this career path. I love coming to work each day to be surrounded by so many amazing role models with great ideas to help push and motivate our clients!

Domini, RBT- Therapist

Domini graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor's of Arts in Audiology/Speech Language Pathology and a minor in Spanish.  In the last year of her undergrad, she shadowed at a clinic that offered occupational, speech, and ABA therapy.  Even though this opportunity was meant for her to get the full experience of being a speech therapist, Domini was swayed into ABA after observing circle time and decided to spend the rest of her time shadowing ABA.  The clinic offered her a job during the summer as a behavior therapist, and that is when she confirmed that her passion is ABA.  Apart from being a behavior therapist, she has also worked as a tutor and substitute teacher for kids and adults with down syndrome, asperger's, and autism.  Domini is currently enrolled in a  Master's program for ABA.
